Which financial data should be filled in the Grant Application Form (section 7.5, 7.6.) and submitted together with the application if in the result of the administrative territorial reform in Latvia the District Council has been transformed into an Amalgamated Municipality which is a successor of rights and obligations of the District Council?
In this case for the preparation of the Grant Application Form and submission of the application the financial statements/reports of the former District Council shall be used by indicating that the Amalgamated Municipality took over the rights and obligations of the District Council and by attaching the relevant legal acts on this takeover.
