What types of actions can be implemented?

According to the Guidelines for Grant Applicants, 2.1.1.2.3.

The actions (projects) can be of one of three types: 

a)    integrated project - where each partner carries out a part of the activities of the joint action on its own territory;

b)    symmetrical project - where similar activities are carried out  in parallel  in the eligible territory of Latvia and/or Lithuania and in the eligible territory of Belarus;

c)     simple project - implemented mainly or entirely in the eligible territory of Latvia and/or Lithuania or in the eligible territory of Belarus but for the benefit of all or some of the partners involved in the Joint Operational Programme.

Actions must be of a non-commercial character. Neither applicants nor partners can make profit out of a grant. Activities in Latvia and Lithuania shall not fall under the state aid.
