The 1st Group of Activities in the Application Form includes information and publicity activities by default. Should we prescribe all the communication measures, specified in the section 3.1 to the Group of Activities №1 or we can also include some of them into other Groups of Activities?

The communication activities should only be explained in the 1st Group of Activities. You should clearly distinguish for yourselves the communication activities (promoting your project and helping communicate among partners) and the awareness raising activities that are necessary for achieving certain results of your project (e.g. a guidebook on how to apply new rules in practice).
