In your statutes of organisation have to be indicated, who approves financial statement / report for the calendar year. If it is indicated in Statutes that financial statements (profit/loss statement and balance sheet) are approved by signing them by head of organisation and accountant, such statements can be considered as approved. The submission of statements/reports to the State Tax Inspection does not mean the approval of them. Therefore, it is Applicant’s responsibility to provide a proper and true information in the Application form and annexes.
2010-02-19  - Regarding annex 9 to the Application form – profit/loss statement and balance sheet – in which form has the financial statement to be approved? Is it sufficient that reports/statements are approved by head of organisation and accountant, or should it have the stamp of State Tax Inspection? Print
