The Joint Managing Authority of the Latvia, Lithuania and Belarus Cross Border Cooperation Programme within the European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument is pleased to invite you or other representative of your organisation or institution to the opening conference “Quo Vadis”.

 The conference will take place in the Bistrampolis Manor, Kučiai, Panevėžio district, Lithuania on the 8th of October 2009 (Thursday).

The partner search forum will also be organised by the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Programme and the Regional Capacity Building Initiative project with the participation of potential applicant organisations and institutions from the eligible territories of Latvia, Lithuania and Belarus.
