Carry out a series of actions in buildings (BY and LT) mostly in multifamily houses: installation of individual means of heat regulation, heat cost allocation methods, use of solar and in some cases geothermal for heating buildings, training energy managers, teaching rational consumer behaviour. Joint BY-LT programme for energy efficiency improvement in buildings with pilots, exchange of experience.
