Liga Kalvane from Latvia joined the team of the Joint Technical Secretariat on the 5th of December 2011. She works as the project manager.
Before coming to Vilnius, Liga was employed in the Riga JTS and the Gdansk JTS as the project manager of the Latvia-Lithuania and South Baltic cross-border cooperation programmes respectively. |
