Is there any limitation for the applicants or partners coming from the adjacent areas e.g. Kaunas and Panevėžys counties and Mogilev and Minsk oblasts?

According to Guidelines for Grant Applicants, 2.1.1.1. and Joint Operational Prpgramme, 2.1.
Funding to be allocated to the adjacent areas shall not exceed 20% of the total expenditure of the Programme. Please note that the limitation of funding is counted on a Programme, not action level.
