If the project includes (re)construction works, should the technical project be submitted together with application?
According to Guidelines for Grant Applicants. 2.2.2.
No, the technical project and other documents required for construction works must be submitted only within 3 months after approval of the project before signature of the Grant Contract.
Pre-feasibility study must be submitted together with the application for the actions, in which the total amount in Budget Heading 3 “Equipment and Supplies” and Budget Heading 6 “Works (Infrastructure)” equals or exceeds 50.000 EUR (each of these headings or the sum of the total amounts of these headings).
