If the project includes (re)construction works, should the technical project be submitted together with application? It is indicated that only pre-feasibility study is requested.
According to Guidelines for Grant Applicants. 2.2.2.
No, the technical project and other documents required for construction works must be submitted only within 3 months after approval of the project before signature of the Grant Contract. Pre-feasibility study must be submitted together with the application for the actions, in which the total amount in Budget Heading 3 “Equipment and Supplies” and/ or Budget Heading 6 “Works (Infrastructure)” equals or exceeds 50.000 EUR.
