If the Applicant is Belarusian organisation, will there be difficulties in submission of the application (sending it via the EU external border)?
There is a possibility that the envelope containing the application will be opened by customs (although Programme does not have competence to evaluate this probability). The envelope with the application must be closed and sealed, so opened envelope would become ineligible. In this case, the Belarusian Applicant should take measures to avoid this risk. In order to ensure that the envelope is not opened, the Belarusian Applicant can come to Latvia or Lithuania, it can print and/or sign the application in Latvia or Lithuania; its Latvian or Lithuanian partner(s) can submit the application.
