How to fill in the section “9. Declaration by the Applicant” in the Grant Application Form correctly? Shall there be indicated 1) the total budget of the action and the total co-financing OR 2) only the Applicant’s planned budget and the amount of the Applicant’s co-financing (if foreseen)?
In the section “9.Declaration by the Applicant” the Applicant has to indicate only the part of the action’s budget planned for its organisation and only the amount of co-financing to be provided by the Applicant, but not the total action budget and the total co-financing amount of the action.
Please note, however, that the total contribution (co-financing) of the Applicant and/or partner(s) to the action must be at least 10 % of total eligible action costs, as counted from the co-financing amounts indicated in the “Declaration by the Applicant” for the Applicant organisation and Partnership Statements, provided by the partners.
The total co-financing of action of not less than 10 % of total eligible costs of the action (as well as EU funding) must be indicated in the Table 3 of the Budget “Sources of Funding” in the Grant Application Form.
