How many partners should be involved in an action?

According Guidelines for Grant Applicants, 2.1.1.1.

The minimum requirement, as mentioned in the Programme, is at least one partner from Programme area in Lithuania/Latvia and at least one partner from Programme area in Belarus. Thus both bilateral and trilateral actions are possible.

In the action there may participate up to 15 organisations (including an applicant).
