2012-01-02  GUIDE TO PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION IN BELARUS
The Regional Capacity Building Initiative (RCBI) project has prepared the Guide to National Requirements in Belarus relevant for the implementation of projects financed under ENPI CBC Programmes in English and Russian.
 
The Programme is also currently preparing the Guidelines for the project implementers.
