CULTURE TOURISM FESTIVAL IN ANYKŠČIAI  On 26th -27th of July 2013, Anykščiai (Lithuania) invites everyone to participate in the joint Culture Tourism Festival, where the contest for the best flowery carpeting and various sports competitions will be organised.
The Festival is organised within EU project “BELLA DVINA 2” “Fostering Capacity for Tourism Development in Latgale-Utena-Vitebsk Cross Border Region” (LLB-1-098) which is being implemented within the Latvia-Lithuania-Belarus Cross-border Cooperation Programme.
