Can the soft type actions and investment be supported under the Programme?

There are no limitations to the types of activities in the actions. The action can include both soft cooperation elements and/or investments depending on the objectives and planned results of the action. Note that there are certain types of actions that will not be supported in the Programme; please see Guidelines for Grant Applicants 2.1.1.3. Also please note that the Beneficiary and partners may subcontract a limited portion of the action (works, supplies and services). The bulk of the action must, however, be undertaken by the Beneficiary and his partners; exceptions are only possible for actions focused on investment activities (2.5.3.2.).
