Project idea:
Our organization has a very big willingness to improve
the situation of consumer rights protection in the field of financial
services in Lithuania and in neighbor countries.
The projects main objectives would be:
1. The creation of webpage that would provide all the information of
consumer rights protection in the field of financial services in the
languages of the participants of the project.
2. The establishment of the hot line in each country of the participants
of the project, consultation of consumers.
3. The teaching of employees about the financial services in order to give
a definite, clear consultation to consumer in oral, written form.
4. Study visits in order to exchange the experience and best practice of
each participant of the project.
5. The overall conference to provide the review the project and received
results.
