The 2nd Partner Search Forum of the Programme took place in the Latgola hotel, Daugavpils, Latvia on the 4th of November 2010 (Thursday). Over 220 people came (80 from Lithuania, 80 from Belarus and 60 from Latvia).
The participants were informed about the state of play of the Programme, the Priorities and Measures of the Programme, the funding available and the eligibility of costs, as well as the development of the good project ideas. The main focus, however, was shifted on establishing partnerships of high quality.

During the event, the representative of the Joint Managing Authority of the Programme (the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania) Mr. Gediminas Česonis announced the launch of the 2nd Call for Proposals of the Programme.
Out of the participants of the Forum, who filled in the Forum Evaluation Sheets, 82% indicated that they had found partners during the event.
The Forum was organised by the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Programme and the Regional Capacity Building Initiative (RCBI) project.
Since the 2nd Call for Proposals was launched on the 4th of November, the seminars are planned in all the regions of the Programme. The preliminary schedule of the seminars:
