Beneficiary: Ludza Municipality Administration (Ludza, Latvia)
Partner: Department of Ideological Work, Culture and Youth Affairs of Glubokoye District Executive Committee (Glubokoye, Belarus)
PROBLEM: On the state level of Latvia and Belarus, it is acknowledged that the art education needs reforms in order to attract children's and youngsters' attention to the creative art. The schools lack conditions for ensuring appropriate teaching and learning process for their pupils: the premises are not well-equipped, there is no necessary ICT equipment.

2 children art schools in Ludza and Glubokoye were renovated and equipped with new furniture, modern hardware and software to be used during art lessons.
Teachers of both schools were trained to use modern equipment and IT for modernisation of education in art. Interactive lessons were developed.
As the result of joint work the common product was created by partners – a colouring book based on biography and works of 2 famous local artists: A.Kukojs from Ludza and J.Drozdovich from Glubokoye.
