The 2nd Call for Proposals ended on the 22nd of February 2011. 162 applications were submitted requesting the total amount of the grant of the European Union worth 75 million Euro.
The results of the administrative check of the applications will be sent to the Applicants in April.

112 applications have Lithuanian organisations as Applicants (lead partners): 70 from Vilnius county, 14 from Alytus county, 13 from Utena county, 12 from Kaunas county and 3 from Panevėžys county.

36 applications were submitted by Latvian Applicants: 33 from Latgale and 3 from Riga.

14 applications came from the Belarusian Applicants: 9 from Minsk and Minsk oblast and 5 from Grodno oblast.
In total, 541 organisations are involved as project partners.
